get to know me

Salam! I’m Aminah

I’m so happy you stopped by!

I’m Aminah, a homeschooling momma passionate about empowering parents like you on their Islamic parenting journey with their kids. My goal is to provide you with inspiration to help you foster the love of Allah (swt) and Islam in your children’s heart while making the journey fun. I share practical Islamic lessons, actionable Quranic tips, and engaging Arabic learning resources.

Why I Started This Blog

When I became I mother, I started searching for resources that would help me build my children’s Islamic foundation in a way that was both fun and meaningful. I wanted to learn how to integrate Islam in our everyday life and instill the love of Allah (swt) and the Prophet (pbuh) in my children from a young age.

This inspired me to start Our Future Abrar and provide parents with Islam-centered resources to raise a confident Muslim generation firmly rooted in their deen.

I chose the name Our Future Abrar because our goal is to raise pious, righteous children. We have a responsibility of birr (righteousness and goodness) towards our kids to raise them properly. And bi’ithnillah, they will grow up to apply birr towards us and to their own children as well.

All the good that you find on this blog is from Allah, and any mistakes are from myself.

May Allah accept our efforts, make it sincerely for Him, and grant us children who are righteous and are the coolness of our eyes. Ameen.
